The five tanneries, based within the Valdarno Inferiore region, include La Scarpa Conceria, Montana, NaturalLeather, Meridiana and Arké Conceria. La Scarpa is known for its vegetable crust leather; Montana specialises in leathers for belts; NaturalLeather is a leading producer of Tuscan vacchetta leather; Meridiana focuses on premium printed leathers for fashion, furniture, and accessories; while Arké produces leathers for furniture, saddlery, and leather goods.
Together, they have the capacity to produce 2,000 hides per day, operating synergistically to manage all parts of the leather production process.
