Footwear brand Ecco has strengthened its global leadership team with the promotion of Neal Taylor to executive vice president and chief commercial officer, and the appointment of Adam Meek as executive vice president and chief product officer.
Mr Taylor, who joined Ecco as CEO and president of the Americas in March 2025, will lead the global commercial agenda, including global marketing. He previously held senior roles at Hanesbrands, Reebok, Adidas and Red Bull.
Mr Meek joins from Dr. Martens, where he was chief product officer for more than four years. He has also held senior positions at Canada Goose, Sperry, Nike and Lacoste.
Both executives join Ecco’s Managing Board. CEO Thomas Gøgsig said the appointments would strengthen the company as it pursues its next phase of growth.
