Indian tanner, Super Tannery has increased its net year-on-year quarterly profit in its latest set of results.
Kanpur-based leather manufacturer Super Tannery reported an 11.47% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, alongside double-digit sales growth.
Net profit rose to ₹2.43 crore (US$254,828.27) from ₹2.18 crore (US$228,629.68) in the same quarter a year earlier, according to results reported by Business Standard. Consolidated sales increased 11.53% to ₹72.05 crore (US$7.56 million) from ₹64.60 crore (US$6.77 million).
The company’s operating profit margin was broadly unchanged at 8.80%, compared with 8.82% a year ago. Profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) increased 6% to ₹5.30 crore (US$0.56 million), while profit before tax (PBT) rose 9% to ₹3.35 crore (US$0.35 million).
