The launching ceremony of the 2026 “Leather & Fur, My Attitude”
Micro-Video Public Welfare Competition was held at the Haining Convention and
Exhibition Center on March 18, 2026. The competition is co-hosted by
the China Leather Industry Association (CLIA), Rayli Magazine, and Xingye
Leather Technology Co., Ltd., with support from the International Fur
Federation (IFF), Hongxing Automotive Leather (Fujian) Development Co., Ltd.,
and the Hebei Leather Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance.
Since
its debut in 2022, the competition has been held for four consecutive years.
With its unique cross- border perspective and diverse creative formats, it has
garnered attention from various sectors of society. The competition aims to
promote the natural, eco-friendly, comfortable, fashionable, and durable
qualities of leather and fur, dedicating itself to "Leather and Fur Tell Stories"
and building a bridge of communication between the industry and consumers
through a brand-new visual language. To date, the total views of competition
entries across major video platforms such as Douyin (China's TikTok) and
Bilibili have exceeded 8 million.
Notably,
in addition to embracing new technologies like AI, this year's competition
emphasizes the integration of red culture. Participants are encouraged to use
micro-videos as a medium to explore the integration points between red culture
and the leather industry, telling red culture stories related to the industry
and passing on this heritage, thereby further enriching the competition's
thematic scope.
The
competition runs from March 6 to May 10, 2026, with 25 awards available for
both the Student Group and the Social Group respectively, and a total prize
pool of over 80,000 yuan. The winners will be officially announced on July 1.
