From January to June 2026, the exports of footwear
products amounted to 4.29 billion pairs in quantity, bringing in a decrease of 4.6%;
and USD 19.83 billion in value, decreased by 8.6% year-on-year, while the
imports of footwear amounted to 74.573 million pairs in quantity and USD 2.58
billion in value, decreased by 17.3% and 2.3% respectively year-on-year.
Among them, the exports of leather shoes amounted to 0.24 billion pairs
in quantity, bringing in a decrease of 3.3%; and USD 3.28 billion in value,
decreased by 8.7% year-on-year. The imports of leather shoes amounted to 21.207 million
pairs in quantity, and USD 1.1 billion in value, decreasing by 14.7% and 2.0%
respectively year on year.
